Martina Tiedemann
Senior Consultant | Quality, Regulatory & Product Lifecycle

A Broad Perspective on Radiopharmaceutical Quality and Product Lifecycles
Experience across radiopharma
Martina brings more than 25 years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical industry, having worked across a wide range of functions, from customer support and product management to regulatory affairs, global product lifecycle management and Quality Control leadership.
Her career has given her a broad understanding of radiopharmaceutical products and the many processes, responsibilities and people involved throughout their lifecycle.
Starting in commercial and customer-facing roles within nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals, Martina moved into Regulatory Affairs, initially managing German marketing authorisations before taking on global product lifecycle responsibilities. She subsequently led regulatory CMC activities, coordinating international submissions, variations and regulatory changes across multiple markets.
Most recently, as Head of Quality Control at GE HealthCare Buchler, she led a GMP-regulated QC department, combining operational responsibility, team leadership and continuous improvement.
A particular passion for artwork management
One area particularly close to Martina's heart is artwork management.
During her career, she developed and implemented an artwork-management system covering nine products across 69 countries. This experience gave her an understanding of how regulatory requirements, product information, packaging, labelling and operational implementation need to work together.
For Martina, artwork management is much more than managing packaging documents. It is about ensuring that the right information reaches the right market, in the right version, through a process that remains reliable and manageable as products and requirements change.
At Qualificiency, she brings this experience into the design and improvement of artwork-management processes, connecting regulatory requirements with clear responsibilities, practical workflows and effective collaboration between departments.
