Jana Schmücker

Jana brings more than seven years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments, with a particular focus on radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, validation and qualification.

After starting her career in biological laboratory work and research, followed by experience in vaccine manufacturing, Jana joined GE HealthCare Buchler in 2019.

Over the following seven years, she developed her expertise within the radiopharmaceutical industry. Beginning in hands-on manufacturing, she gained practical experience with GMP processes, production equipment and operational requirements before moving into validation and qualification activities.

Her subsequent work included supporting validation processes, GMP documentation, equipment and process qualification, deviation management, change controls and collaboration between manufacturing, validation and regulatory affairs.

At Qualificiency, Jana builds on this combined experience, supporting qualification activities, data analysis and quality management documentation. In October 2026, she also successfully passed her examination as an Internal Quality Auditor.

Jana understands radiopharmaceutical processes from both sides: the practical reality of manufacturing and the requirements of validation, qualification and quality management.
